"Just over a month ago we lost our home and cars to a fire started by a faulty light bulb. We all made it out and are ok, but the helplessness you feel watching everything you own float away as embers into the night sky is indescribable. After 9-1-1, our very next call was to Scott who immediately put our minds at ease.
